Zero Cost Home Staging - Remove the Clutter!

What impression does an overcrowded room give to a potential home buyer?

  • Your home is too small.
  • There is a lack of storage space.
  • The home may not have been well maintained.

Home Staging can help a potential home buyer prepare their home for sale and it can address issues such as an overcrowded room filled with too many things.

By simple removing some furniture and items, this enclosed porch as transformed.

Porch After Home Staging  AFTER

By simply re-arranging the room's existing furniture, it looks twice the size.  The floral chair and ottoman was removed and the home seller has gained a beautiful porch.

Home Staging can help you transform your home and does not have to be expensive.  A professional home stager is trained on how to use your existing items for the largest impact.

Kate- you are absolutely right.  Home Staging encompasses so much but an easy and inexpensive start is decluttering.  That sunroom is calling my name!

Hard to believe it is the same room, amazing someone has to share such a simple concept, but life gets busy.

Kate, you not only improved the "look" of the room, you uncovered the value $$$ by showcasing the features that will sell the home: wood floors, windows, THE VIEW... great job!

Hi Kate -- Wow what a difference!  Now they're selling the spacious room AND that great view that was hiding!  Such a big change for little $$ -- these are great Before & After photos for your portfolio!

Wow the room looks great now!  I didn't even notice the wood floor in the before pic!  What a huge difference decluttering makes in a home.  I always remind clients we are selling square footage not the stuff in it!

Thanks everyone for all your supportive comments.  I am really excited for the sellers, the rest of the home looks even better.
